Milad Dagher, PhD, is Co-Founder and CEO of Nomic. He holds a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from McGill University, where he developed technologies that became the foundation of Nomic’s protein-profiling platform, and has a background in electrical engineering. Since co-founding Nomic in 2017, Milad has led its growth from an academic innovation into a commercial proteomics company serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic researchers.

Jeff Munzar, PhD, is Co-Founder and CTO of Nomic. He leads the development of Nomic’s technology platform, drawing on experience spanning software engineering, machine learning, bioinformatics, intellectual property, and nanobiotechnology. Jeff earned his PhD in Biological and Biomedical Engineering from McGill University and co-founded Nomic in 2017 to make large-scale protein measurement broadly accessible.

Matt Cahill, JD, PhD, MBA, is CFO of Nomic. He previously held senior operating and strategy roles at Qu Biologics and Deep Genomics, where, as a founding employee, he helped build core business functions and supported more than US$200 million in financing. Matt holds a JD and MBA from the University of Toronto and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.

Eric Miller is VP of Sales at Nomic. He works at the intersection of high-plex proteomics and translational research, partnering with academic and biopharma organizations across oncology, immunology, and complex disease. At Nomic, Eric leads commercial engagement and helps research teams translate their scientific objectives into scalable protein-profiling programs.

Nicole Paul, MS, is VP of Customer Success at Nomic. She brings extensive experience in proteomics, mass cytometry, scientific applications, and customer support, including leadership roles at Olink Proteomics and as Director of the LMA CyTOF Core at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Nicole holds an MS in Neuroscience from the University of Miami and leads Nomic’s efforts to help customers successfully design and execute high-impact proteomic studies.

Narges Rashidi, PhD, is VP of Product at Nomic. She brings extensive experience in proteomics, biomarker research, and scientific and commercial applications, including previous roles at Olink Proteomics. At Nomic, Narges leads product strategy and connects advances in high-throughput, quantitative protein profiling with emerging applications in drug discovery, biomarker development, and AI-enabled biology.

Karlen Wang is Chief of Staff at Nomic. She brings more than a decade of experience in operations, organizational strategy, performance management, and data-driven decision-making across healthcare and technology organizations. Before joining Nomic, Karlen held leadership roles in operations and demand generation, and she earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Michael B. Gonzales, PhD, is Vice President of Marketing at Nomic. He brings more than two decades of experience building brands, shaping product portfolios, and bringing emerging technologies to market. His career includes leadership roles at Apple, Olink Proteomics, and MilliporeSigma. At Nomic, Michael leads corporate positioning, communications, and demand-generation strategy.
